I am always open to new ideas. My knowledge in most of these areas is pretty limited. I am looking for people that can follow my vision and help me out, but I also need people that will tell me I am crazy and that there is a better way to do things, just be prepared to explain why. I do not pretend to know everything and I am always willing to learn new ways to do things.
